Ok, just a quick update. I´ve arrived in Quito, about 55 hours after leaving Brisbane! Anyway, I am well. Don´t really have time for lengthy descriptions right now, but I promise this will be updated within the next few days.

Hmm how sad is it that I am now checking this blog almost everyday? Well it's been three days in a row now. It's truly ubiqutous where it's not just from all your different locations around the world but also on my mind now as well. Trust you to come up with a name that has somehow incoprorated itself into my memory.
Anyway, miss you heaps already. I am looking up more holiday packages.

yea, i´m leaving my phone on just in case (plus I need the clock). But no such luck yet...
You should go buy a watch or something from Quito. I mean, it'll cost you what...$1?
And you need a clock! Bringing a phone everywhere isn't good once you're out in the rural areas babe.
yea, i know. you know what, i thought i wouldn´t have to charge my phone so often because i´m not using it, but within 2 days the battery was flat (usually, without usage, it´ll last 1 week!). i think it´s because it keeps trying to find reception...
